How long does the application review take?
Our team reviews applications within 48 hours. You'll receive an email with the decision and, if approved, next steps to complete your profile setup.
What documents do I need to apply?
Brands need GST registration, product photos and sustainability documentation. Artisans need craft certificates (if available), photo ID and product photographs. Exhibitors need business registration and previous event portfolio.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly, directly to your registered bank account, for all orders delivered and past the 7-day return window. You can track earnings in your seller dashboard.
Can I sell on other platforms too?
Yes, Conscious Indi is non-exclusive. You're free to sell on other platforms. We only ask that you don't undercut your Conscious Indi prices by more than 5% elsewhere.
How do I get featured in events?
All verified partners are eligible to apply for event participation. High-performing sellers and unique craft stories get priority placement. Apply directly through become-exhibitor.html.
