Yes. Every product listed on Conscious Indi passes our 8-point authenticity check before going live. Artisan products are verified with craft certification and sourcing documentation. Brands undergo a sustainability audit before being listed.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Visa/Mastercard/RuPay credit and debit cards, net banking from 50+ banks, EMI options, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. All payments are secured by Razorpay.

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days. Express delivery (₹99 extra) delivers in 2–3 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.

Yes! Visit track-order.html and enter your order ID or registered mobile number for real-time tracking. You'll also receive SMS and email updates at every stage.

You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Handcrafted items that are damaged in transit or defective are fully covered. Visit returns.html for full details.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. UPI refunds are instant; card refunds take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

There are zero listing fees. Conscious Indi earns a commission of 8–12% (category dependent) only when you make a sale. Payments are made weekly directly to your registered bank account.
