Purchases & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Orders are confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our policies.

Conscious Indi is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for defects in products beyond our stated warranty policy, seller conduct, or losses arising from force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the order value in all cases.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
