Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Conscious Indi platform (consciousindi.com, its mobile apps and any associated services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Purchases & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Orders are confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on Conscious Indi — including text, graphics, logos, artisan stories, brand content, and product images — is the property of Conscious Indi or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Conscious Indi is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for defects in products beyond our stated warranty policy, seller conduct, or losses arising from force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the order value in all cases.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
